Positive: I liked the hotel accommodation, the check‑in process according to the instructions and code. It was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Negative: The air conditioner is noisy, but it’s a standard one, like in all hotels.

After using your facilities for some years this visit was an unpleasant and disappointing experience. You can do better Positive: Location and friendly staff Negative: Hello, this is Alex R and two of my children. I have to be honest with you regarding our stay from Sunday October 18 to Monday, October 19. I have already talked to somebody on the phone regarding my very unpleasant first impression experience. I’m sorry to say that you guys do not provide a comfortable clean and memorable experience for your guests. Upon my arrival. One of my children wanted to use bathroom after a quick examination the toilet seat from bottom was still dirty from the prettiest guest so I had to clean it myself. The mirror next to the coffee machine, was full of fingerprints and looking disgusting. The curtain rod holding curtains is broken into the window itself is very dirty. You can barely see outside. We are given only two sets of towels for three persons and coffee machine was only in one coffee cup . Upon the exit of room the door handle was dislodged and stayed in the hand of my son. …. upon calling the main number I was assure it’s going to be replaced.. the showerhead in your bathroom is producing a water spray is so sharp that is very difficult to use it at all!! I had to put a small towel over the showerhead in order for my children to get it use. The show itself it stationary and cannot be moved whatsoever…. Bottom line I don’t think it will be returning to displaced again even though I like the location but also lacking of amenities for children, namely a hot tub or Jacuzzi or heated pool…. Positive: Cleanliness Location Promptness in looking at issues All basic amenities are good and well kept and maintained Communication was good via text message. Very very good stay for a clean and comfortable environment. Go for it. Negative: Wifi- not sure why hotels / inn cannot have mesh network. The signal was weak, constantly losing connection. I would have given a 10 / 10 if not for this. Another small thing would be the floor mopping. Not sure they did mop the floor. It was dusty ( again dusty and not dirty) . Things are very clean, except when I step into the floor with bare foot to see the dirt in the palm of my foot. ( This is just small) The facility is smoke free. But there are occasional smoking seen inside the parking lot. Which in its absence would have been even better.

Excellent lodge - the best I've stayed in near the Heavenly gondola - and I've stayed in many of them over the l Positive: Great clean rooms, nice and warm, slept very well, comfortable beds, lovely location. It was enjoyed by my other 3 travelers from the UK too. Negative: We booked 3 rooms and by mistake we weren't given the door codes to 2 of them. However, the phone number to call was clearly displayed and after calling, I received a text with the codes.
