it was fine, not returning to the same place next time though

Negative: 1) No accountability: Self check-in with no on-site contact. We were charged a $75 pet fee despite having no pet, and neither the chat support nor Booking.com could resolve it, each pointed us to the other. Been one month haven't heard anything about a refund or anything. Quiet hours exist on paper only: other guests were loud and running around at 3am with no one to enforce anything.
2) Parking spots are so narrow you need to let passengers out before pulling in, or they won't be able to open the door.
3) We also found leftover food in the fridge on arrival, which raises cleanliness concerns overall, though the bedsheets themselves were fine.
